Our mission is to empower early-stage companies with high-growth potential by providing capital and growth acceleration to improve the quality of life and build a sustainable future for society.

NOVA Prime Fund is a Silicon Valley-based venture capital fund that invests in early-stage companies focused on sustainable energy, digital health, and industries of the future. The Fund is a strategic alliance between global innovator LG Electronics and Clearbrook, LLC, a global investment advisory and asset management firm with nearly-two-decades of experience in impact and sustainability investing. Fund is managed by ClearImpact Ventures, Clearbrook’s VC arm. The Fund’s investment investment objective shares the goals of LG Electronics’ firm-wide initiative to improve the quality of life and build a sustainable future for society by transitioning to platform-based service business models and procuring new growth engines. The Fund seeks to invest at least 80% of its invested capital in companies that are participants in LG’s Mission for the Future program.

Mission for future program

The program aims to support the growth of businesses with mentorship and corporate resources, serve as a network for connecting new ideas to corporate businesses for startups, create a community for the cross- pollination of ideas and innovative thinking, and initiate conversations that lead to co-collaborations between businesses large and small. In 2022, the program had 2,170 applications. Of these applicants, a handful of companies were selected to join the LG Nova program to explore joint business creation with LG.
