NOVA Prime Fund is a Silicon Valley-based venture capital fund that invests in  early-stage companies focused on sustainable energy, digital health, immersive AI,  and industries of the future. Our Fund is a strategic alliance between global innovator LG Electronics and Clearbrook, LLC, a global investment advisory and asset management firm with nearly-two-decades of experience in impact and sustainability investing. The Fund is managed by ClearImpact Ventures, Clearbrook’s VC arm. 

Aligned on innovating for a better life, LG NOVA, LG Electronics’ North America Center of Innovation and venture-building organization, serves as a contributing source of companies for NOVA Prime Fund to invest in through its Mission for the Future commercial acceleration program.
